Barn Dance at Comrie Croft, 6.30-10pm. An informal family-friendly ceilidh with straw bale seating and complimentary stovies. No charge for Under 5s.Great fun even if you have two left feet and have never done any Scottish dancing in your life. BYOB. The fabulous Chitterybite will provide the tunes and there will be a guest appearance by world famous folk singer, Brian O'Neill. Comrie Croft has its own bus stop and the no.15 bus can be used to get to and from Crieff/Comrie to the ceilidh.

John Muir and the work of the John Muir Trust A talk by Stuart Brooks, Chief Executive of The John Muir Trust at 7.30pm on Wednesday 12th October at The Innerpeffray Library Light refreshments will be served from 7.00pm. The talk is part of the Friends of Innerpeffray Library’s (FOIL’s) 2011 programme. It will be held in the schoolroom of the delightful Innerpeffray Library, situated on the B8062, 4 miles to the south-east of Crieff.
