SPOTTING DEER AT DUSK

An unforgettable way to spend an evening seeing deer in their natural habitat. Dusk is the best time to see them. Local gamekeeper and wildlife expert, Ali Gowans, knows exactly where to find them - both Red and Roe, Hinds and Stags - and will enlighten you with his knowledge of deer and local wildlife. Please note that this is primarily a minibus excursion rather than a walk.

GEOCACHING - FIND OUT MORE AND TEST YOUR SKILLS!

Geocaching is a form of HiTec Treasure Hunt. It uses GPS devices to find caches - small containers - that other people have hidden and then published details on the internet. It is particularly family friendly and a great activity with children. This is the second year we have run this event so we are going to a new area where we have placed a series of caches suitable for all levels of skills.

At the initial meeting you will obtain details of where the caches are by logging onto the internet. You will then travel out tothe location to hunt down the caches.
