1.We collect and use customers’ and volunteer’s personal data because is it necessary for:

We share personal data with third party organisations who run and lead some of our activities to solely to allow them to identify the customers on that activity.
Financial transactions relating to our services are handled by our payment services providers, Paypal. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. We regularly email website news and information updates to those customers who have specifically subscribed to our email service. Such emails are clearly marked as coming from us. All subscription emails will also include clear instructions on how to unsubscribe from our email service and any future emails.
